Social media can be a great way to stay updated, keep up with current events, and stay connected with your friends! But, social media can also cause information overload which can impact your mental health, sleep, and mood. So, what’s the solution? Digital detox! A digital detox can help you reduce stress, improve your mood and sleep! How do you take a digital detox from social media? Here are two ideas: First, you could pick a time before bed when you log off. This will help you focus on your night time routine. Secondly, you can pick one day out of the week. For example, Wednesday, and completely log off social media. Prioritize your hobbies and your loved ones. I don’t know about you, but I am ready to log off!
