Alok Doshi is a seasoned strategist with a 25-year career dedicated to modernizing healthcare systems and patient experiences. He spent ten years at the forefront of federal health policy, most notably serving as a product owner for the rollout of Healthcare.gov for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and leading innovation initiatives at the National Institutes of Health. Prior to joining CSD, Alok served as a Senior Program Manager at the global design firm frog Design, leading teams of designers and strategists on multiple corporate projects, notably, reinventing healthcare delivery for a major clinical center. His background bridges the gap between technology and human-centered design, supported by an MBA from the University of Maryland and specialized training in the Design for Health program at the University of Texas. Based in Rockville, Maryland, Alok is known as a "Walking Encyclopedia of Useless Facts" for his deep love of movies, literature, and pop culture.
