Transcript: What’s Medicare Part C? It’s often known as Medicare Advantage Plans and considered “all-in-one” or “bundled.” It can be an alternative to original Medicare, which includes only Part A and Part B. The Medicare Advantage Plans include Part A, Part B, and usually part D in one plan. Medicare Advantage Plans can offer extra benefits not included in Original Medicare, such as vision, hearing, dental, transportation, over the counter drugs, and services that promote health and wellness (for example, a gym membership). You cannot enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan, unless you’re enrolled in both Parts A and B.
